Delivered by our sister company Healthcare Professional Institute – HCPI , the Aural Impressions Course is a tailored one-day training programme perfect for Occupational Health Technicians (OHTs) and in-house healthcare staff. This course, under the guidance of experienced audiologist Vaishi Sanjeevan, focuses on imparting practical skills essential for taking accurate ear impressions, crucial for hearing protection in the workplace. The programme also deepens understanding of ear anatomy and occupational ear health.
This course is ideal for occupational health technicians, in-house healthcare staff, and those involved in employee health and safety. It is specifically designed for individuals who are required to take ear impressions as part of their role, focusing on workplace ear health and hearing protection.

Keith Crook is the Director of the Healthcare Professional Institute (HCPI) and a qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist with over 10 years of hands-on experience.
Not only is he passionate about helping people with hearing loss, but also about teaching others how to excel in ear health and wax removal. His approachable style and expertise have made him a trusted trainer for healthcare professionals looking to build their confidence and skillset.
He combines his clinical knowledge with a friendly, supportive approach to make sure every trainee leaves fully prepared to take on real-world scenarios. With Keith as your guide, you’ll gain both the practical skills, and the confidence needed to provide exceptional care.
Participants are advised to bring their own otoscope, available for purchase from Meduc8ion. All other necessary equipment for the training will be provided.
Participants will receive a Healthcare Professional Institute - HCPI certificate upon completion, along with confirmation of CPD hours relevant to occupational health.
